Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed technical designs and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Lead enhancement backlog items from design through deployment.
Develop, test, package and deploy ServiceNow applications.
Design and implement integrations with third-party applications.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance.




Work with Platform Administrators, QA and business teams for testing and production releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
Participate in defect triage, RCA and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, test strategies and deployment plans.
Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Financial Services / Banking domain experience
Previous TD experience
