Position: Staff Nurse

Reporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Nursing Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, administer medications, and ensure the smooth functioning of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and procedures.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and progress.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation.
Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Maintain proper handling of nursing equipment and medical supplies.
Coordinate with doctors,



nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient care.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and general care.
Follow hospital rules, nursing protocols, and professional ethics.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule Full time position with rotational shifts, as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
