Role & responsibilities
Manage GCP storage services (Filestore & GCNV).
Troubleshoot cloud, storage, and networking issues.
Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure resources.
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Support 24x7 operations and resolve customer issues end-to-end.
Optimize storage performance, security, and availability.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality technical support.

Preferred candidate profile GCP, Google Cloud Filestore, GCNV, NetApp, Cloud Storage, SAN, NAS, DAS, Linux, Cloud Operations, Technical Support, Storage Administration, Networking, Infrastructure Support, Incident Management, RCA, NFS, SMB, Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure, Customer Support.
