Welcome guests and provide courteous and qualified service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and timely clearing of tables.

Understand the menu and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and recommendations to guests.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service staff.

Assist in training and guiding junior stewards/waiters.

Ensure proper billing and payment coordination when required.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

Follow restaurant SOPs and service standards.

Support opening and closing duties and maintain proper mise-en-place.

Promote additional food and beverage items wherever appropriate.





Ensure a positive dining experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

Customer-focused and well-groomed personality.

Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems will be an advantage.
