Structural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of structural engineers and drafters for the successful delivery of high-rise mixed-use projects and is also responsible for technical quality, team coordination, design review, and timely project execution

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage structural engineering teams.
Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and QA/QC standards.
Support construction activities by resolving technical and site-related issues.
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader
Robust experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and BIM coordination.
Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
