Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming raw materials, components, consumables, and other items.
Verify materials against PO, invoice, delivery challan, and quantity.
Conduct physical inspection and coordinate with Quality/concerned departments for discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and bin management.
Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requests.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, and inventory documentation.
Perform regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain 5S, cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling in the store.




Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics for material-related activities.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excesses.
Support ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory-system entries and maintain data accuracy.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store-related reports.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
