Role & responsibilities
Advise data center customers on liquid cooling and traditional cooling systems.
Solve technical problems related to cooling, water treatment, and thermal management.
Visit customer sites to conduct audits and identify improvement prospects.
Support sales teams during technical discussions and customer presentations.
Train internal sales teams on products, technologies, and best practices.
Lead root cause analysis when customers face operational issues.
Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize cooling performance.
Work with product and marketing teams to develop current applications and solutions.
