SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Company: Excel Earthings Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mannuthy, Thrissur, Kerala
Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources / HR
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters
Manage HR statutory compliance
Handle ESI, PF and other labour law compliances
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related activities
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
