About the Role

We are looking for a Solar Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of relevant experience. The role involves solar design, electrical engineering, site surveys, project execution, installation supervision, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Design electrical systems for rooftop, residential, commercial/industrial and ground-mounted solar projects.
Prepare and review SLDs, electrical layouts and wiring diagrams.
Perform load, cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations.
Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
Supervise solar electrical installations, including cabling, earthing and protection systems.
Assist with testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Support DISCOM, net-metering and electrical compliance requirements.




Prepare BOQs and technical project documentation.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant solar/renewable energy experience.
Practical knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
Knowledge of SLDs, electrical drawings, cabling, earthing and protection systems.
Knowledge of Indian electrical standards and DISCOM requirements.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites 2–3 times per week.
Freshers are not eligible.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
