Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
Monitor store operations, customer service and sales performance.
Ensure effective Visual Merchandising and product displays.
Manage inventory, stock availability and shrinkage control.
Handle customer queries, complaints and institutional enquiries.
Monitor conversion ratio, average ticket size and follow-ups.
Ensure proper implementation of HR and store SOPs.
Track competitor activities and identify prospects to improve sales.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and support functions to ensure smooth store operations.
