Job Title : Structured Deal Review Analyst/Senior AnalystExperience : 2 to 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Review trade structures of exotic financial products and assess expected payoffs to identify booking methodology and documentation risks.
Propose amendments to booking methodology and trade documentation.
Perform scenario testing to validate cash flows and ensure models capture all contractual features.
Liaise with Traders, Regional Stakeholders, Documentation, Model Validation, and Quant teams.
Prepare control MIS and provide KRI/KPI reports to senior management.
Develop automated solutions to strengthen deal review processes and controls.

Requisites
Solid knowledge of Financial Products, Trade Structures,



and Financial Modelling.
Understanding of Exotic Derivatives, Cash Flows, and Payoff Structures.
Experience in Trade Review, Booking Methodology, and Trade Documentation.
Knowledge of Scenario Testing, Model Validation, and Risk Controls.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
Knowledge of MIS, KRI/KPI reporting, and process automation is preferred.
Ability to work with Traders, Quants, and cross-functional teams.
