Role & responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation as per brand standards.
Handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies.

Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store profitability.
