Key Responsibilities
Connect with students to validate and update training participation records.
Ask relevant questions to help students recall and share details about training sessions attended.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, attendance, and progress.
Escalate and report any abnormal findings, concerns, or risk indicators to the supervisor promptly.
Optimize outreach efforts by maintaining the minimum necessary number of call attempts while ensuring effective engagement.
Handle student queries and provide timely support through phone interactions.
Encourage student participation and awareness regarding:
Project initiatives
Mahindra Finance programs
Kit distribution
Income Tax Return (ITR) filing support and related services
Build rapport with students and community members to understand program impact and learning outcomes.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and student databases in a timely manner.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in basic computer applications,



particularly MS Excel.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage with communities and discuss learning outcomes from program interventions.
Confidence in public interactions and stakeholder engagement.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to address student queries effectively.
Valuable record-keeping, reporting, and documentation capabilities.
Ability to identify issues and escalate concerns appropriately to supervisors.

Preferred Competencies
Experience in student engagement, community outreach, or beneficiary support programs.
Ability to conduct meaningful conversations that encourage participation and feedback.
