Responsibilities
Source candidates for Engineering roles.
Use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
Search candidates through LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Research technologies, companies, and candidate profiles using AI and online tools.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

Requirements
Smart, curious, and comfortable with technology.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and technical hiring.
Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.
Valuable research and analytical skills.
Prior recruitment experience is a plus.
