Store Operations &
Sales Management
Drive store sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals.
Oversee inventory management, stock intake, audit checks, and shrink control.
Handle daily store administration, billing systems, cash management, and reporting.
Customer Experience &
Styling
Deliver high-touch customer service, offering personalized styling advice for festive, bridal, and everyday ethnic collections.
Manage customer feedback, tailoring services, custom orders, and fitting schedules.
Visual Merchandising &
Inventory Control
Execute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to highlight recent arrivals, festive collections, and seasonal trends.
Maintain garment presentation, ensuring proper steaming, tagging, and stock display.
Team Leadership &
Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor sales associates, stylists, and altered-garment tailors.
Conduct team briefings on collection launch highlights, fabric care, and selling techniques.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
