Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is energetic, proactive, and genuinely interested in recruitment and people. You will work closely with the HR team across sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Draft and post job descriptions
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives
Assist the HR team with other people-related activities
What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn
Positive organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
Freshers are welcome
Important: This is a Mumbai-based, full time in-office role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working from the office and are serious about building a career in Talent Acquisition.
