We are seeking a energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will source, screen, and hire top-tier talent to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Source andidates through job boards, social media, and qualified networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified profiles.
Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods.
Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain database accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 1 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with ATS software and qualified networks like LinkedIn.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
