Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage daily team activities, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage and support team members in daily operations.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Track targets, productivity, and work quality.
Resolve team and customer-related issues.
Conduct regular follow-ups and share performance reports.
Coordinate with management to meet business goals.

Requirements
Graduate degree preferred.
6 months–2 years of relevant team-handling experience.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
