Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, manage staff and resources, and create an efficient, positive setting for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently
Supervise and support studio staff, including scheduling and performance management
Coordinate bookings, appointments, and client communications
Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and vendor coordination
Monitor budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Implement and improve operational processes and systems

Requirements:




Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role (studio, retail, hospitality, or similar environment)
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a creative, fitness, wellness, or production studio environment
Basic knowledge of budgeting and business operations
Customer service or client-facing experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
