Assistara Global Services Ltd. is looking for experienced Technical Sales Agents to join our US process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in Antivirus and Printer Sales, with hands-on experience handling PPC (Pay Per Call) calls and converting customer interactions into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound US customer calls related to Antivirus, Printer, and Technical Support/Sales.
Generate sales through effective product pitching, upselling, and cross-selling.
Handle and convert PPC/Pay Per Call leads into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products/services.
Explain product features, perks, pricing, and plans clearly to customers.
Meet and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and conversion KPIs.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and US process compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in:
Antivirus Sales
Printer Sales
Technical Sales
Technical Support with Sales
Prior experience working on US PPC/Pay Per Call calls is mandatory/preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a good command of spoken English.
Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Comfortable working with US customers and US shift timings.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales/conversion numbers.
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Candidates with experience in US technical sales processes will be preferred.
