Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Backend Developer for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and early-career technology professionals interested in backend development, software engineering, APIs, databases, application development, cloud technologies, microservices, automation, and enterprise software systems.

The Associate Backend Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, and improve backend applications, APIs, databases, internal systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, Node.js, C#, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, containers, and modern backend-development tools depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in backend development, backend engineering, software development, application development, API development, web development, software engineering, or related technology roles can apply.




- Final-year students completing their degree and available for full time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Associate Backend Developer, Junior Backend Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Node.js Developer, Application Developer, API Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to positive programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, Go, C++, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, clean coding practices, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, NestJS, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, queries, transactions, and data-access concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable backend applications, or service-oriented architecture will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma,



or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, or event-driven architectures will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and team-oriented software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, PyTest, Jest, Postman, API testing, integration testing, or similar tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or backend security concepts will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with application performance, SQL query optimization, troubleshooting, monitoring, or scalable backend concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical backend software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, cloud project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn recent programming languages, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software-development practices.
