We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Operations

Energyminds Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated skilled for the position of Assistant Manager – Operations in the Indian Power Sector.

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience in power bidding, scheduling, operations, power trading, and open access transactions.

Industry Preference: Power Sector / Power Trading (Mandatory)

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day power bidding, scheduling, and operational activities on IEX, PXIL, and HPX.
- Prepare and submit bids for DAM, RTM, and bilateral transactions as per client and business requirements.
- Monitor bid results, schedules, revisions, approvals, and transaction status.
- Coordinate with SLDCs, RLDCs, power exchanges, clients, generators, and internal teams.
- Manage operational activities related to power trading and Open Access transactions.




- Ensure timely execution of bidding, scheduling, and transaction-related activities.
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and market requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day power trading activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good understanding of IEX, PXIL, HPX, DAM, RTM, bilateral transactions, and Open Access.
- Knowledge of STOA/MTOA, power scheduling, and electricity market operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple transactions efficiently.
