Role Description This remote Artificial Intelligence Engineer internship role involves designing, developing, and testing AI models that support sustainability and climate intelligence use cases on the ZenX platform. The intern will work with pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP techniques to build and optimize algorithms for data analysis, risk assessment, and insight generation. Daily activities include collaborating with engineering and product teams, writing clean and efficient code, performing model training and evaluation,



and documenting technical work.

The intern will assist in integrating AI components into production-ready software, improving existing models, and contributing to experimentation and prototyping for current features.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
- Skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis, information extraction, and language-based insights.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and relevant libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work with data pipelines, preprocessing, and model evaluation using metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to experimentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; interest in sustainability, ESG, or climate tech is a plus.
