About the Role The AS400 Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AS400 technologies and solid analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.




- Apply experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum approach and use JIRA for project/task management.
- Solve problems independently and creatively.
- Perform problem analysis, data mapping, use case modeling, and documentation.
- Deliver quality customer service and products.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience on AS400.

Required Skills

- Applied experience with one of the following technologies/languages: RPG/LE, COBOL/400, SQL, Query/400, QM Query, ASC Sequel, CLP/CLLE, MQ, Data queue, JIRA, Service Now, SFTP, IFS, DB2/400, TAATOOL, RDI and Arcad.
- Experience with the Waterfall/Agile/Scrum approach and knowledge of JIRA.
- Ability to solve problems independently and creatively.
- Experience in problem analysis, data mapping, use case modeling, and documentation.
- Commitment to deliver quality customer service and products.
