Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain SAP SD module for sales, shipping, billing, and invoicing processes.
Work with other departments (like MM, PP, Finance, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth SAP integration.
Understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions – especially for Order-to-Cash processes.
Handle pricing, customer orders, delivery schedules, and credit checks within SAP.
Manage and maintain customer and sales data (like pricing, material lists, and customer profiles).
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues and suggest improvements.
Provide training to users and create documentation for SAP processes.
Assist in SAP system upgrades, new plant rollouts, or process enhancements.
Make sure the system follows internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or similar.




5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 2 years working specifically with SAP S/4HANA SD.
Robust knowledge of manufacturing sales flows
Experience in working with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI).
Familiarity with EDI, consignment sales, intercompany sales, and third-party orders is a plus.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
Experience using SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA user interface.
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Agile project methods.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
