Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions including portals, integrations, and reporting.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer with solid experience in HR modules, integrations, and the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, Service Portal, etc.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot HRSD solutions and integrations with customer HR systems.
Lead effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Handle enhancements, break fixes, configuration, release management, testing, and deployment.
Stay current with industry trends and advise on optimal solutions.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IS, or Engineering.
Experience:



7+ yrs total; 5+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow HRSD.
At least one full-cycle HRSD implementation.
Robust in Service Portal, integrations, and reporting.
Skilled in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
Solid communication, analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills.
