Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate leads.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Hindi and English communication skills required.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
