Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM.
Update call status and follow-up details regularly.
Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads.
Achieve assigned calling targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Salary: 8000 to 12000
