Role Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – IT Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end tech hiring. You will manage the entire candidate journey—from intake calls to offer closing—while partnering closely with senior business and technical leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Conduct intake calls with hiring managers, screen technical profiles, source via LinkedIn/Naukri/Boolean, oversee interview scheduling, and drive candidates through offer release and onboarding.
Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with IT Directors and Engineering Leads as a talent advisor, providing market data, pipeline updates,



and strategy alignments.
Closing & Negotiation: Manage compensation benchmarking, salary negotiations, counter-offer strategies, and post-offer candidate engagement to maximize joining rates.

Key Requirements
5–7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
Demonstrated strength in senior stakeholder management and candidate negotiation.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portals, and advanced direct-sourcing techniques.
Robust written/verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable working full time on-site in Bangalore.
