Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and joining.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills




Experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Understanding of software development technologies and IT roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience hiring for Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, or Support roles.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
