Key Responsiblities -
Manage TPA, insurance, and cashless operations.
Handle pre-authorizations, approvals, enhancements, and discharge coordination.
Coordinate with TPAs, insurers, patients, Billing, Finance, and clinical departments.
Monitor claims, pending cases, queries, rejections, and outstanding payments.
Supervise the TPA team and ensure timely claim processing.
Maintain MIS and ensure compliance with hospital and insurance protocols.
Qualification: Graduate Experience: 5+ years in Hospital TPA/Insurance Operations
Skills: TPA Coordination, Claims Management, Insurance, Billing, Team Management & MIS
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
