Job Title: Team Leader US Healthcare / Medical Coding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations of a production team and ensure quality, productivity, and client SLA adherence. The role requires solid clinical/coding expertise along with team management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Production Analysts.
Ensure 100% delivery within TAT and accuracy as per client SLA.
Monitor productivity, quality, utilization, and shrinkage.
Analyze error trends and identify training/improvement areas.
Support complex case resolution and handle team queries.
Plan and manage OJT and internal training programs.
Identify process deviations and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal and client teams.




Provide process/product improvement feedback to management.

Requirements:
Physician with CPC/COC certification.
Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Coding, Medical Billing, RCM, or Health Plan Operations.
Knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, AAOS, and healthcare claims/payment policies.
Solid knowledge of medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatment practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willingness to work in different shifts, including night shifts.
Prior team handling/leadership experience preferred.
