Position: Supermarket Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-focused Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of customer service, staff performance, and store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of supermarket staff.
Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules as required.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
Ensure proper display, availability, and replenishment of products.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality.
Coordinate receiving, storage, and movement of goods.
Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and promotional displays.
Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, and wastage.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.




Train and guide employees to improve performance and productivity.
Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Store Manager.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
Valuable leadership and team-management skills.
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store operations.
Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Experience
Previous experience in supermarket, retail, or FMCG operations will be an added advantage.
Freshers with valuable leadership and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
