Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Technical Service Engineer based in Pune Division, with some tasks conducted remotely.

The Technical Service

Engineer will be responsible for providing technical services, troubleshooting issues, and delivering technical support to clients. Daily tasks may include equipment installation,



servicing and maintenance, conducting diagnostics, and solving technical problems. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with teams to ensure smooth technical operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Services and experience in Technical Support roles
Robust Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills for resolving technical problems effectively
Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and reporting
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site and remote tasks effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
Knowledge of food industry standards and compliance (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP) is an advantage
Experience with inspection systems like metal detectors, X-ray, or checkweighers is a plus
