Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group yoga sessions.
Teach yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Create customized yoga routines based on clients’ fitness levels and goals.
Ensure correct posture, alignment, and secure practice during sessions.
Motivate clients and encourage consistent participation.
Monitor clients’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming setting during yoga sessions.
Follow proper safety and hygiene standards.
Stay updated with contemporary yoga techniques and wellness practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
