About the Role:We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Channel Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete YouTube channel and content calendar.
Develop and execute content planning & YouTube growth strategies.
Create and manage video content ideas, topics and content plans.
Write engaging YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions and other content.
Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, keywords, tags and search intent.
Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention and engagement.
Analyze YouTube Studio metrics and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers & Faculty.
Plan and optimize YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions & Community Posts.
Track competitors, trends and new YouTube prospects.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in YouTube Channel Management.
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO & YouTube Analytics.
Positive content planning and content writing skills.
Understanding of audience growth and content strategy.
Robust analytical and creative approach.
Experience in Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
