Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
Escalate queries to the concerned team whenever required.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure proper resolution of customer requests.
Follow the company's customer service procedures and guidelines.
