About the Role

Embark is looking for a Zoho Technical Trainee to join our growing HR Technology team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator and Zoho integrations , supporting automation, configuration, troubleshooting and implementation for internal and client environments.

This is an excellent chance for someone who is technically curious and wants to build a career in Zoho technology, HR automation and business process transformation .

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and configuration of Zoho People, Recruit and Payroll .
Understand business requirements and translate them into Zoho workflows and system configurations.
Build and maintain easy workflows, forms, approvals,



notifications and automation .
Learn and develop Deluge scripts for custom functions and process automation.
Support API-based integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
Assist in employee lifecycle automation including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, attendance, leave, payroll and exit processes .
Support data migration, data validation and system testing.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support to users.

Education
MCA graduates with solid technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
