Role: Leading the research and development department for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
Responsibilities:
Strategizing and managing the entire R&D; lifecycle (from route selection to commercial launch).
Leading a team of scientists and ensuring project timelines are met.
Overseeing process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO-GMP, USFDA) and maintaining lab safety.
Budgeting, resource allocation, and troubleshooting complex chemistry issues.

Role: Executing laboratory experiments and developing current synthetic routes.
Responsibilities:
Conducting literature searches and designing synthetic pathways for APIs.
Performing reactions, purification, and characterization of compounds using techniques like HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.
Documenting experiments in laboratory notebooks and preparing technical reports.
Supporting scale-up activities and optimizing reaction conditions for higher yields.
