Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate UPSC Exam Trainer to guide and mentor aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and exam-oriented UPSC coaching classes.
Teach subjects such as Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Current Affairs, and General Studies.
Explain concepts clearly and provide relevant examples.
Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
Guide students on answer writing, exam strategy, and time management.
Stay updated with the latest UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.

Eligibility
Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant subject.




Strong knowledge of UPSC Civil Services syllabus and examination pattern.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous UPSC teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
Candidates with competitive exam preparation experience are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with robust subject knowledge are also welcome.
