Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced backend engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable microservices, event-driven applications using Kafka (Confluent), and implementing observability with APM tools and distributed tracing. Proficiency in working with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend and third-party systems.
- Architect and deploy microservices on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
- Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka (Confluent).
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and observability using APM tools and distributed tracing.




- Work with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

- Experience with observability, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.
