Role & responsibilities:
Market IT consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Source requirements through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Coordinate with consultants on skills, availability, rates, and interviews.
Match profiles with requirements, negotiate rates, and follow up until placement.
Maintain daily records of calls, submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
Build vendor relationships and meet assigned targets.

Required Skills:
Must work onsite during U.S.

Central

Time hours.
Solid English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, visa types, and vendor chains is preferred.
