Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable TET Exam Trainer to train and mentor candidates preparing for Teacher Eligibility Tests such as TNTET, CTET, and other TET examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and exam-oriented TET coaching classes.
Teach subjects as per the prescribed TET syllabus and exam pattern.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Explain concepts clearly using effective teaching methods.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help candidates improve their accuracy, speed, and examination performance.
Stay updated with the latest TET syllabus, notifications, and examination pattern.

Eligibility




Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. qualification preferred.
Solid subject knowledge and teaching skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Previous TET / competitive exam teaching experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
