Manage and coordinate Development, Production & Dispatch Departments to ensure smooth workflow from product development to final dispatch.
Responsible for production planning, quality, timelines, manpower, wastage control, pending work & on-time order completion .
Identify operational issues, take timely decisions, and solve day-to-day production, coordination & dispatch problems .
Lead teams, monitor performance, improve processes, and coordinate with Design, Sales/CRM, Purchase, Stores, Accounts & Quality .
8–15 years’ experience preferred | Textile/Fabric/Garment/Manufacturing | Robust leadership, planning, problem-solving & MIS/Excel skills required.
