Assess and monitor students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and provide regular feedback.
Use cutting-edge and activity-based teaching methodologies, including technology-enabled learning.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, discussion, and awareness of current affairs among students.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting.
Participate in examinations, evaluations, school events, assemblies,



and co-curricular activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and career development programmes.
Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.
