About the role

Lead the design of country-specific adaptations for the Workday Recruiting module, focusing on Indian legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements to optimize recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions to identify India-specific recruiting process deviations.
Provide expert guidance on solution design addressing local labor laws and hiring norms within Workday Recruiting.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and cultural fit in recruitment processes.
Advise on solution direction to enhance the global recruiting platform without performing configuration tasks.

Required skills and experience




10+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting with at least 5 years relevant to solution architecture.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and recruitment practices impacting Workday implementations.
Proven ability to lead design workshops and advise on system solutions.
Familiarity with Workday HCM platform is advantageous but not primary.

Nice to have
Experience working in global HR technology projects involving multi-country process adaptations.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting settings.
