:

We are looking for an experienced Tool Room professional to manage tool room activities in a graphite manufacturing/precision machining workplace. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of tool making, maintenance, machining processes, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Tool Room operations and activities.
Plan, manufacture, modify, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision components.
Handle graphite machining and precision tooling as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely availability of tools.
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and carry out necessary modifications and repairs.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and measuring instruments.
Maintain tool room records, inventory,



and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Lead and guide tool room technicians/operators as required.

Requirements:
Experience: 7–10 years in Tool Room / Tool & Die / Precision Machining.
Experience with graphite components or graphite machining will be preferred.
Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and conventional machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Robust problem-solving and technical skills.
ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
