JOB DESCRIPTION for COLLECTION TELE-CALLER
Contact customers via dialer/phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
Negotiate for overdue payments and settlements within established guidelines.
Update customer information and payment records in the system.
Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
Target oriented approach.

ELIGIBILITY & SALARY CRITERIA
Experience* - Both Fresher and Experienced can apply (DRA or Non-DRA)
Salary* - 15k-25k (Negotiable as per previous salary package) + lucrative incentives on Target achievement.
Qualification* - 12th or above
