nAbout the Role
nLead a team of Regional Administrative Assistants supporting Newmark's onshore brokers and managers. You'll drive the onshore-to-offshore transition, build training and dashboards, and own service quality and SLA adherence.

Lead, mentor, and onboard a team of Regional Administrative Assistantsn
Build training material and dashboards to support and track the offshore transitionn
Oversee delivery of admin support: expense reports, agreement drafting, invoice processing (Coupa), templated marketing materials and tour booksn




Ensure data accuracy in Oracle iExpense and Newmark Revenue Management Systemn
Maintain filing systems; oversee research and prepare reports/presentationsn
Standardize workflows, monitor SLA compliance, and act as escalation pointn
Partner with Business Operations Managers and brokers to deliver solid service to onshore teamsn

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Law preferred); Master's a plusn
3+ years of commercial real estate experience; team lead/mentoring experience preferredn
Robust in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)n
Working knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for research and process efficiencyn
Coupa / Oracle iExpense exposure a plusn
Robust analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills; proactive and customer-service focusedn
