Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sourcing Managers to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Responsibilities
Generate and source recent leads through various channels.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure proper lead management.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
